SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating three suspects found after a traffic stop that also led to the recovery of a stolen vehicle.

On Tuesday night, police conducted a traffic stop in the 600 Block of SW Clay in Topeka, according to Lt. Jerry Monasmith.
The traffic stop revealed information directing officers to a narcotics search warrant service in the 1100 Block of SW Clay. During the investigation, officers located methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a firearm.

As a result officers arrested Charles Goodman, 48; Jennifer Rietbrock, 44; and Michael Perry, 49, all from Topeka.
Goodman is being held on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school, Possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school and Possession of stolen property. Rietbrock was jailed on requested charges of Possession of methamphetamine with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school, Possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent of distribution within 1000 feet of a school and Possession of stolen property.

Police booked Perry on requested charges of Possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant and Use/possess w/intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, according to online booking records.
