RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating an alleged road-rage incident in Manhattan and have made an arrest.
Just before 4p.m. on December 27, officers filed a report of aggravated battery in the 700 block of Fort Riley Blvd., according to the Riley County Police Department activity report.
A 46-year-old man, 20-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman reported a road-rage incident escalated. Officers report the alleged subject, a 60-year-old man, was also listed as a victim as he reported harm was threatened upon him after he pointed a gun in the direction of the three other victims.
David Beck of Manhattan was arrested for criminal threat and aggravated assault. Total bond was set at $10,000. Beck is not longer in custody, according to the RCPD.
