MANHATTAN, KAN. – Law enforcement are investigating a fatal stabbing in Manhattan.
Just after 8 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the 1900 block of Anderson Avenue in Manhattan for a reported stabbing, according to a media release from the Riley County Police Deparament.
Officers located Teray Robinson, 24, of Manhattan, who had sustained a stab wound. Robinson was transported by ambulance to Via Christi Hospital and later died as a result of his injury.
Officers detained the suspect Billy Arnez, 39, of Manhattan, on scene. Following an investigation into the incident, Billy Arnez was arrested on requested charges of second-degree murder at 1:00 a.m. on Monday. He is being held on a $1,000,000 bond, according to the RCPD.
