SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities including the National Integrated Ballistic Information Network Enforcement Team in Wichita have seized ten crime guns and a massive number of suspected fentanyl pills in the past few days, according to Officer Trevor Macy.
Police estimated - based on weight - the number of pills to be somewhere in the area of half a million to a million, which would make this the largest seizure of fentanyl for Wichita Police to date and a record seizure nationwide.
Due to the investigation's ongoing and sensitive nature, police released no further details.

Wichita Police and federal partners continue working to remove dangerous weapons and drugs from the streets.
