DAVIESS COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities have identified the remains of a man whose body was found in April as 28-year-old Skylar C. Ware of Kansas City, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
On April 21, the Daviess County Sheriff's office requested the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop H DDCC with human remains discovered by a mushroom hunter on private property in rural Daviess County.
Cause of death is homicide. In May of 2020, Ware was reported as a missing person in Jackson County
