GEARY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident at Milford Lake on Wednesday.
Just after noon, emergency crews responded to East Rolling Hills at Milford Lake after report of a man struck by a boat propeller while in the water, according to a media release from Geary County Emergency Management.
Bystanders on scene treated the man until emergency personnel arrived. He was flown by Lifestar Air Ambulance to a Wichita Hospital for further treatment.
Kansas Wildlife and Parks is in charge of the investigation of the incident.
