SEDGWICK COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged lewd behavior.
On Thursday, Domestic Violence/Sex Crimes detectives were following up on a report of a 63-year-old man identified as Richard Hearn exposing himself and conducting lewd activities near patrons of a business in the area of Harry and Webb in Wichita on July 30.
The Domestic Intervention and Violence Reduction Team (DIVRT) arrested Hearn. Their investigation also revealed an additional crime of a sexual nature that had previously occurred.
Hearn was booked into the Sedgwick County jail on requested charges of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, Trespassing and Window Peeping.
