FINNEY COUNTY — A Kansas man died in an accident just before 9:30a.m. Friday in Finney County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Cadillac Escalade driven by Eric Hernandez, 24, Garden City, was southbound on Big Lowe Road at Sondreagger Road .
The driver lost control of the SUV when it drifted off the road. The SUV rolled and came to rest about 70 feet south of Sondreagger Road.
Hernandez was pronounced dead at St. Catherine's Hospital. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
