
FINNEY COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating a suspect on multiple allegations after a weekend incident in southwest Kansas.
Just before 11p.m. April 5, to the north part of Garden City where a suspect with a firearm was refusing to let a victim leave a residence, according to a media release.
When Officers arrived, they made contact with Marc Guitron, 24, and the victim who had injuries. Officers learned the individuals were involved in a fight, and Guitron had pointed a firearm at the victim before hitting them in the face with it, took their phone, and refused to let them leave.
Guitron was found to have the firearm on him and was taken into custody. He is being held in the Finney County Jail on requested charges of Aggravated Battery, Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Kidnapping, Battery LEO, and Interference LEO.
