
SALINE COUNTY —The Salina Police Department continue their search for a man who has not been seen in over week and is being considered a missing, endangered person.
Nathan Philip Thompson, 44, of Salina is described as 6-foot-2, weighs 184 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
On June 13, the Salina Fire Department responded to a trailer home fire located at 1635 Elgin, Salina, Kansas. Once the fire was extinguished the fire department determined no one was at home but has since classified the fire as arson, according to a statement from police.
The Salina Police Department has received information from neighbors that Nathan Thompson, who had been residing in the trailer home, has not been seen for approximately one week. Mr. Thompson’s family members have not spoken to him in the last seven days and are unaware of his location. In addition, Mr. Thompson failed to appear for a scheduled court hearing in Salina Municipal Court on June 14, 2022.
The Salina Police Department has received information that foul play may be involved in Mr. Thompson’s disappearance.
