BROWN COUNTY—Law enforcement are investigating two suspect on multiple allegations after an incident at a Kansas home.
Just before 7p.m. May1, deputies responded to 1288 Fern Road on a report of a verbal domestic incident, according to Sheriff John Merchant.
Upon initial investigation, deputies applied for and were granted a search warrant for the residence. Upon conclusion of the warrant, Kayla Shopteese 18, Horton was arrested on requested charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Contributing to a Child's Misconduct.
Also arrested was Jadake Pewamo, 24, Horton on requested charges of furnishing alcohol to minor, Contributing to a child's misconduct, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Kickapoo police department assisted with the investigation.
