Police: Kansas CIty double murder suspect still at large

JACKSON COUNTY— A Kansas City man has been charged in the October double-murder of Chantell Gipson and Austin Scott, according to Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker.

Glenn A. Pulluaim II, 28, who is still at large, faces two Murder 1st Degree charges and two Armed Criminal Action charges.

According to court records, on Oct. 17, Kansas City police  were dispatched to the 8700 block of Chestnut Circle to check on the welfare of an individual.

Inside an apartment, police officers found the body of Chantell Gipson. She had been shot. In another bedroom they found the second victim, Austin Scott, Gipson's cousin.

Witnesses helped identify Pulluaiam. His DNA profile was founnd  on spent shells found at the crime scene.

Pulluaim fled the scene im the victim's vehicle. Police recovered the vehicle and have exhausted all leads in an attempted to find him. 

Pulluaim is described as 6-foot,  thin build with  shoulder length dreadlocks. He should be considered armed and dangerous. The FBI is assisting with the investigation.
