Pawnee Co. traffic stop ends with arrests and meth & mushrooms seized

A traffic stop in Pawnee County around 10:45 p.m. Monday led to two arrests on multiple charges.

The Pawnee County Sheriff's Office K-9 was deployed during the traffic stop; with positive indication, deputies were able to locate four ounces of methamphetamine, 1.9 grams of mushrooms and drug paraphernalia. One female was taken into custody.

This investigation paved the way for a search warrant Tuesday, resulting in the arrest of a male on charges of distribution, possession and multiple offender registration violations.

Both subjects are being held at the Pawnee County jail on $100,000 bonds.
