
KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating another homicide in Kansas City, Missouri.
Just after 5:30p.m. Thursday, patrol officers were dispatched to 54th and Euclid on the report of sounds of shots, according to KCPD Sergeant Phil DiMartino.

First responders located a man in a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Officers immediately began performing life saving measures and ordered EMS to the scene.
Medics transported the victim to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.T his is being investigated as homicide. Preliminary information revealed there was a disturbance in the street that led up to the shots being fired.
Police have not released the name of the victim or reported any suspect information.
