Juveniles accused of burglary while Kan. homeowner was on vacation

MCPHERSON COUNTY —Law enforcement in McPherson County are investigating a home burglary in Moundridge and have made an arrest.

On Saturday, police began an investigation of a break in at a Moundridge home while the owner was gone on vacation, according to a media release from police.

There was property damage from the forced entry, and items were taken from the home.

Moundridge Police identified two juvenile suspects in the break in. Charges of Burglary to a Dwelling and Felony Criminal Damage to Property have been submitted to the McPherson County Attorney's Office to be filed. Police did not release the names of the juveniles involved.
