James David Gilliam, 43, Hays was arrested at 12:05 p.m. June 25 on suspicion of aggravated assault, domestic battery, and attempting to elude.

Edith Rivera, 30, Hays, was arrested at 8:43 p.m. June 25 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Asael Alejandro Rivera-Sanoyo, 30, Hays, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. June 25 on suspicion of domestic battery.

Timothy Clinton Handlin, 40, Hays, was arrested at 12:36 a.m. June 28 on suspicion of battery and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Billy G. Buchanan, 47, Hays, was arrested June 28 at 10:13 a.m. on suspicion of aggravated sexual battery and drug possession.

Johan Orlando Aparicio Jaimes, 23, Hays, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. June 29 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol and transporting an open container.

Brian Mark Rodriguez, 42, Hays, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. June 29 on suspicion of battery.

Charles William Barger, 42, Hays, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. June 29 on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting an open container.&nbsp;

Payton Lane Klaus, 23, Hays, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. June 30 on suspicion of failure to appear.

Landon Cole Crispin, 22, Hays was arrested at 10:44 p.m. June 30&nbsp;on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Dustin Riley Castaneira, 20, Hays, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. July 1 on suspicion of failure to appear.

Nathan Craig Hauschild, 27, Hays, was arrested at 2:56 p.m. July 1 on suspicion of failure to appear.

Mario Carrera Favela, 53, Hays was arrested at 3:45 p.m. July 1 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

James Marion Copp, 47, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. July 1 on suspicion of lewd and lascivious behavior.&nbsp;
