Heartland Community Foundation Receives Grants
The Heartland Community Foundation has received two permanently endowed matching grant funds from the Kansas Health Foundation totaling nearly $87,000 through the GROW II program. Executive Director Bob Lowen says this is the second year of the six year program to raise one-million dollars.
Most of the grant money from the Health Foundation is a match that was awarded to the Heartland Foundation for reaching it’s annual goal of $80,000 to $85,000.
